Directions

In the bath:
Pour 2-4 cups of salts into warm, running water. Add 3-4 drops of the essential oil blend. Soak for 20 minutes, allowing the minerals to absorb into the skin. Enjoy.

For an over-the-toilet Sitz Bath Adapter:
Add half a cup of salt and 1-2 drops of the essential oil blend. Soak for 10-15 minutes.
