Directions

As a soak:
Pour salts into warm, running water. Add 3-4 drops of the essential oil blend. For general well-being, add 1 cup. For increased intensity, add 2-4 cups. Soak for 20 minutes to allow the minerals to absorb into the skin. Enjoy.

As a scrub:
Mix a handful of Epsom Salts with a carrier oil of choice and a few drops of the essential oil blend. Wet your hands and gently massage onto clean, dry skin. Rinse off with warm water. Scrubbing with salt is known to aid circulation, remove toxins, and help relieve aches and pains.
