What are the delivery options?

Can I track my delivery?

Shortly after your order has been dispatched by either Courier or Post Office you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your delivery:

When will my order be dispatched?

Provided we have received proof of payment, all orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched the same day, otherwise they will go out the following working day.

If you pay via credit card on our website or cash deposit we will receive proof of payment instantly. If you pay via online bank transfer your payment will take 1 to 2 working days to reflect in our account. Nedbank payments will reflect instantly.

When are goods delivered?

Please ensure that there will be someone available at your delivery address to receive goods that are delivered via courier. Delivery times are between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. If we are not provided with the correct delivery address, or if nobody is available to receive your parcel, the parcels may be returned to our courier’s warehouse, who will then contact you to reschedule the delivery. If this situation arises you will unfortunately be charged again for their time.

Nature Colours or the couriers are not responsible once parcels are signed for at the delivery address provided.

What happens in the case of late deliveries?

Although unlikely, late deliveries can occur due to unforeseen circumstances. When placing your order, please be aware of this small chance as we are unable to refund or cancel an order on this basis. If your delivery has not arrived within the appropriate time period, please contact us so that we can follow up on the matter.

How can I pay?

We can accept all major credit cards including Visa and MasterCard, alternatively you can pay instantly directly from your bank account using Poli (www.poli.co.za) as well as EFT or cash deposit.

Can an order be cancelled?

An order can be cancelled if payment has not been made yet for the order by the customer. Once payment has been made by the customer for an order, the order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of Natures Colours receiving the payment or before the order has been dispatched by Natures Colours, whichever is earlier. A cancellation of a paid order will incur a 10% administration fee to cover the costs associated with refunding the customer for the cancelled order.

What happens if the incorrect goods arrive or if goods arrive damaged?

We will be happy to exchange goods only if they arrived damaged or were sent incorrectly, provided that they have not been opened and that we are notified via email within 5 days.

Damaged Goods

We will arrange collection of these via courier.
Please ensure that you include all the original paperwork and anything else that was delivered to you. Once we have determined that the goods were definitely damaged in transit and not by any other means we will dispatch a replacement item. If no replacement is available we will refund the cost including delivery.

Incorrect Product Delivered

Once we have been notified we will arrange for collection of the incorrect item and supply the correct one. If this is not available at the time, we will refund the cost including delivery.
